Do You Accommodate Same Day Appointments?
Yes. In most cases, we are able to schedule same-day appointments. Please call our office as early as possible to secure availability.
What Should I Bring To My First Appointment?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Please bring:
If your insurance requires you to select a Primary Care Physician (PCP), please list Macie Medical as your provider.
- A valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID
- Your insurance card
- A form of payment (if applicable)
- Completed new patient paperwork (or arrive early to complete it in our office)

Do You Accept All Insurances?
For your convenience, We accept a variety of insurance plans. Visit this page to see a list of commonly accepted insurances. This list is not entirely inclusive of all plans we accept. For specific insurance plan inquiries & eligibility, please contact your insurance provider.
When Will I Receive My Lab Results?
- In-house labs are typically available within 20 minutes.
- Send-out labs collected before 2:00 PM are generally available by the next morning. Tests collected after 2:00 PM may take up to 48 hours.
- Cultures require a minimum of 48 hours to process due to growth time.
Our team will contact you promptly once your results are ready.
