Maya Patterson, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine. Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Maya developed a strong foundation for her medical career through her academic journey and continued commitment to patient care. She earned her undergraduate degree from Xavier University of Louisiana before pursuing graduate studies at Louisiana State University in Shreveport. She then advanced her clinical education by obtaining a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Christian Brothers University, equipping her with the knowledge and training to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Maya is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and ensuring they feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their healthcare journey. Known for being an excellent listener, she takes the time to understand each patient's concerns, health history, and individual needs.
